Lisa B. Hon is a Real-Estate Broker, licensed in the States of Maryland and Virginia.

She attended Atlantic Community College, Mays Landing, New Jersey and Stockton State College, Pomona, New Jersey and graduated with a BA Degree.

For the past 20 years Ms Hon has been the Real Estate Operations/Property Manager with Rudd Realty, Arlington, Virginia. She has also been involved in the sale of property on her own account as a Real Estate Broker.

Her experience includes Real-Estate Marketing and Sales, specializing in first time home buyers and rental property investors and recruitment and training of new Realtors & Property Mangers. In addition she consults and brokers investment purchases for LLC’s and Real Estate Partnerships.

Her responsibilities include, (i) Oversee management of apartments, single-family homes and condominium residence buildings; (ii) Point of Contact for property owners, manage other Resident Managers and Property Managers, and deal with tenant relations (leasing, rent collection, regulation enforcement, evictions ); (iii) Point of Contact for all interaction with county representatives ( Section 8 and Code enforcement); (iv) Property maintenance (emergency program, preparation of bids, submission of RFP’s, analysis and recommendation of contract awards, quality control inspections, vacancy preparation and upgrading, move-in and move-out inspections and extermination); (v) Property owner relations (program presentations, financial statements preparation and cost control recommendations); (vi) Advertising and Marketing.

Ms Lisa B Hon is a member of Arlington Tenant-Landlord Commission and serves as a Commissioner. She has demonstrated her ability as an expert Supervisory Property Manager.
